Custom Filter Integration for Adobe Commerce

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help customize our Adobe Commerce Cloud (formerly Magento) layered navigation using the Smile ElasticSuite extension.

Requirements:
- Combine "In Stock" and "D.I.B.S" filters into a single custom filter called "Stock View Option."
- The "Stock View Option" should have three selectable values: All Items, In Stock, and D.I.B.S.
- The new filter should be applied to the specific categories: In Stock and D.I.B.S.
- Ensure that "In Stock" and "D.I.B.S" products are displayed together without prioritization.
- The new filter must integrate seamlessly with existing ElasticSuite functionality and appear in the category layered navigation.
- Selecting "All Items" should clear the in_stock and is_pre_sale filters and return the full category product list.
