Create a script to detect missing product images etc. in Magento 1

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a freelancer who is able to write a script / plugin for Magento 1.
Missing images script
1. Create a script to detect if a product image is missing in the front-end
2. The script will generate an output file (csv) which shows the product codes where the images are missing.
3. It would be great if the script is also able to determine the product image dimensions (and generate it in the output file), in case a product shows a product image correctly.
We will work on a develop sever first to test the script.
When the script is working fine, we will transfer it to the live server.
My maximum budget for this task is €75.
