Create an extension for adobe commerce / Magento

We need to create a simple extension to Magento that will go onto the magento marketplace.
The extension has to:
* Send through an API the creation of any product Created on Magento
* Send any updates of stock to an API
* Send all the infromation from an order created through an API
* Receive Update of Stock
* Have the endpoint enable to Create and modify Brand, Products and Categories
