Create configurable product on Magento 2

I have made a Module that create configurable product and his variations.
I need to resolve some problem:

1) Need to associate simple products to configurable by;
2) Need to create a tier prices for simple products;

The module was developed to avoid to use Object Manager.

Unfortunatelly i couldn't share code, the goal of the task consist to make support in pair programming
