Create Magento2 backoffice grid views an admin can control for all users

Users can create grid views in the Magento backoffice. Orders, invoices, shipments, cedit memos etc, all have the options for a user to show/hide columns in the grid view and save your own view.
I'm looking for someone that can build a module that can control that view for all other users. We often get new employees and for each and every one we have to create new views for our workflow. Plus every time something changes we have to edit all users views.
I would like to be able to create and manage views that all users can use and that are all the same for all users.
