Conversion Problems

I run a Magento 2.4 Ecommerce website. But I think I have significant problems with my one step checkout. You will see from the report attached that there is a problem. I would like to get someone who can identify the problem. No time wasters. This is a clear problem with the checkout. The numbers are clear. So I want a Magento expert to tell me what is going wrong here.
