Configuring Porto Theme on Magento 2

We are in the process of having a new website developed in Magento 2, and we decided to install the Porto theme. However, we are finding it not very user friendly to configure the layouts of pages and particularly our complex header menu.
We need a freelance developer experienced with Magento 2, and ideally also experienced or confident they could work with the porto theme (it is the best selling Magento theme). We will provide a full explanation of the how we want the menus to look and perform, and some custom development may be needed to get the menus to behave the way we would like them to.
As well as initially developing the menus, it would be useful to include some training for us, so that we can change links and add things to the menus occasionally in the future. There may also be future work and projects related to this new website.
