Configre Magento Retargeting Ad

I need someone to configure Magento 2 Site and Google AdWords (I have Installed MagePlaza Google Tag - so all the necessary data is in the page - SKU, Price and etc.).
I have also generated product feed (Mirasvit Feed).
The site is in Bulgaria and can't use Google Shopper.
I need to configure AdWords and Analytics to show and track the retargeting ads.
