Clone Existing Magento 2.4.3 Website into Porto Theme

We have a Magento2 website that we want rebuilt from scratch. We want the current websites Products and Customers Migrated to a Porto Theme. Then we will add extensions as needed. Many of our existing extensions are customized, so we will download the original extension from Vendor then require the same customizations.
