Change URL of Magento 2 Website

This is a simple fast job for someone who is a expert with Magento.
A programmer on Freelancer.com just installed a theme on my Magento website and upgraded the Magento software from version 2.3 to 2.4. When they did that they somehow changed the url structure of the website, and they refuse to fix it. So, I need someone to correct it.
The url should be DOMAIN ONLY. (domain.com)
It now shows domain.com/en1/ which is NOT normal and not what I asked for.
I need the /en1 part GONE
My managed hosting company techs said they can't find the /en1 folder anywhere in the file structure. And no specific references to it in the HT access files. So, we don't know where it's coming from to fix it.
The closest thing I found was a article on how to change the base url via command line. I DO NOT know if this is the issue or not.
I need this done immediately. Please only respond if you can fix this NOW. Thanks.
