Change Product Detail Site from my Magento Porto Theme

I'm using the Magento 2 Porto Theme and want to change the product detail page from Design 1 to Design 2.
Furthermore, I would like to be able to add my own payment logos in the right column where the PayPal logo is.
I know that Design 2 was realized with the Porto Theme.
Who can translate this for me?
