Change Magento (1.9) template colors and fonts

We have an old Magento website with this template (https://template.hasthemes.com/stepre/stepre/index-4.html) that needs a basic color change. A designer has laid out what is required - it is just different fonts and 2 colours that need to change. We would usually do this internally but are very busy at the moment.
