CSS/Magento Quiz Customization

We use an extension that allows customers to take a quiz to find the product that's right for them (https://marketplace.magento.com/buildateam-m2-quiz.html). The extension's formatting is very basic but has options for additional CSS/code input. Would like to customize the look and field so it is more similar to this site: https://skincarequiz.myshopify.com/ (click "take our quiz").
