BUILD A FULL MAGENTO/AUCTION SITE

Hello, My name is Jim. I am the Manager for this project and will be selecting the team to complete this project.
We are looking for a team who will do everything from start to finish. We will be designing an auction website for bidding on pallets of goods. This will be built on the Magento platform with an auction extension. We will require the team to do this from the ground up, meaning that the selected design team will be required to setup the domain in the hosting, design and code the site, install extensions, and any other work to get the site fully up, live and functional. We have secured the domain on namecheap.com. So you must be able to work efficiently within Cpanel when ready. We will provide trusted access for development reasons.
The site will require users from the web to register an account, have profile, retrieve password via email, etc.
Further the site will require the staff from our warehouse to upload pictures and create the auctions via the backend.
The requirement that is most technical will be the shipping API integration. There will not be too much required on this portion. The users profile will have an address and the API will work to provide a shipping quote to their address based on their specific location, also pulling the weight and dimensions from the auctions settings that the staff will input when building the auction. The shipment will always leave from the same location, so that can stay static. I have included some documentation for reference.
