ADVANCED PAGESPEED OPTIMISATION REQUIRED FOR MAGENTO 2

Platform: Magento 2.4
We have already had the server optimised & implemented seperate static file serving subdomain, along with cloudflare CDN implemented.
We are now looking for more advanced optimisation to resolve the remaining theme issues:
1. Reduce DOM size
2. Properly Size Images (recently added products block)
3. Eliminate render-blocking resources
4. Avoid CSS @Import
5. Defer offscreen images (recently added products block)
6. Avoid enormous network payloads
These above are the main focus and most of them relate to the recently added products block & the navigation menu.
We are also looking for someone to correctly implement google markup data, do you also do this?

As this is for ADVANCED optimisation you must showcase your ability in improving these scores, this is not a simple optimise an image job..
We need someone who can implement prefetch, rework the theme to reduce JS & reduce DOM elements within the theme.
Please showcase this when bidding.
