Upgrade Magento to 2.4.7 p-3, Porto Theme and other tasks

Currently using Magento 2.4.7
1. Install Magento 2.4.3-p3 latest version with all necessary php extensions on a fresh cpanel.
2. Install latest Porto theme 4.2.1 and create home page from two demos as shown in attachment.

3. Migrate data from test server to production server.
:: keep the date and time and all showing in header now on test site.
4. Install FREE version of G|Translate and show in header.
5. Install Currency Converter - activate in header, product page, checkout, etc.

6. Registration should show a confirmation message on registration page whether it is with social media or with registration form.
7. All transactional emails SHOULD GO INTO INBOX and not spam folder
:: configure proper spf settings.
8. All links in transactional email should work - View on Browser, Unsubscribe, Reset Password, etc.
:: Email templates not working
:: Rabbitmq is installed and configured.
9. A Click on Unsubscribe in the transactional email footer should uncheck the subscribe mark in user's account.
10. Confirming subscription in the user's inbox with the transactional email should auto login to the user's account and show message "You are now Subscribed" or "Thank you for Subscribing" in user's dashboard.
:: User should then get the Subscribed Transactional Email.
11. Fedex shipping rate does not show on frontend despite api and secret code are entered.
12. Shipping Tracking plugin not working
13. Logged user out of account after 15 minutes of inactivity.
14. For a new user, after confirming registration, when the 1st product is added to cart, it does not add to cart, user sees account page for user to enter address.
:: Product should be added to cart, and request for address show at checkout.
:: Force new registrants to enter billing and shipping address.
15. Auto generate Invoice once sales order number is generated and shows.
:: Email Invoice to user immediately after Sales Order is email sent.
16. Fix error message with Adobe Magento Security Scan Tool: Issue Detected
17. Configure Litespeed configuration, cleanup code and Optimize site so it is faster - gtmetrix and pagespeed.web.dev/
