REQUIREMENTS
1. UPGRADE Magento 2.4.8 to Magento 2.4.8 p3 and other extensions to be compatible with Magento 2.4.8 p3
a. upgrade Porto Theme - don't break anything on site, I won't pay you to fix it.
b. downgrade Magefan blog to 2.12.4
c. Optimize site so it runs faster after upgrade.
2. Magento Adobe Security Tool Scan fails to add site.
:: Security tool ips are whitelisted and server person states the ips are not blocked.
:: site is using cloudflare. Disabling cloudflare is NOT an option.

3. Social-login does not redirect to user's profile once successful account creation.

4. Finish Newsletter design for 9 templates which include Sales Order,
:: Add missing images to templates as shown on newsletter developer's site

DELIVERABLES
• Upgrade magento and porto with no issues and site runs faster
• Diagnose and repair the security-scanner failure so a full scan runs unattended and logs no critical errors.
• Social login redirects to user's profile once account is created, page does not close.
• When logged in after social login is successful, "Sign in and Create Account" should not show in header or dropdown box under user's name.
• Newsletter design same as on developer's site, sends and functions as needed.
