Project Manager required to manage M1 to M2 migration.

I have hired a developer in India to migrate us from M1 to M2 and project has stalled. Initially work progressed well but has since stopped. Site is two store wholesale/retail site. There are specific requirements for pricing and minimun quantites due to the wholesale and retail aspects. Communication has become very limited with developer not responding and no work done for several weeks. I need a Project Manager to push developer and to check his work. Also to check that the developer has the skills to finish the project. You will need to look after my interests and ensure that all work is of a high standard. Developer is in India and I would think it would help if Project Manager is in India as well. We are based in Australia.
