I need an experienced Magento 2 Developer to enhance our existing Magento website.

Key Tasks:
1. Country-Based Discount Rules
- Implement percentage or fixed discounts for UAE and KSA customers.
- Ensure discounts apply only if shipping/billing address matches.

2. Fix Common Issues
- Resolve bugs related to performance, checkout, cart, payment methods, and validate compatibility with the latest Magento updates.

3. Weekly Reports Automation
- Generate automated reports on new customer registrations and completed purchases/orders.
- Reports emailed to admin or downloadable from backend.

4. Customer Creation with Password
- Add option in Admin Panel to create new customers and set passwords directly.
