Modern Magento 2 Store Design

I’m ready to take my Magento 2 installation from the default look to a polished, conversion-focused storefront. The goal is a fully responsive theme that feels modern and minimalist, keeps page weight light, and guides shoppers smoothly from homepage to checkout.

We have a Garden Furniture store and we would like yo to upgrade the design for home page and checkout process to be more modern. I will send some references to follow and I would like you to send me a sample after looking in to our store.
