Magento2.4 website performance with Elasticsearch

Dear all, need some one have very good experience with Elasticsearch.
website we encounter the following:
1. When you search a term and go to page 2, and then go back to page 1, you don't get the same results as it was at first
2. When you search an item and then select to show 36 items on 1 page, the results changes and is different than what you got at first
3. search results paging navigation needs to fix.
