My Magento 2 store needs a round of general fixes and improvements, with two clear priorities: loading-speed optimisation and a sharper, more intuitive user interface.
Speed
Pages feel sluggish, so I want measurable gains in server response and front-end rendering. Please audit the codebase, caches, JS/CSS payloads and any extension conflicts, then implement best-practice tuning—Redis, Varnish, Cloudflare, image compression, critical-CSS splitting, whatever will get the job done without disrupting checkout or other core flows.
User interface
The visual focus is on navigation layout and product display. I’d like a cleaner menu hierarchy, faster product grid/list rendering, and polished PDPs that stay fully responsive on mobile. Keep my current branding, but don’t be afraid to suggest Magento-native tweaks or lightweight UI components that boost usability.
