I’m running on Magento ver. 2.3.4 with Cpanel.
My Magento store “only works as affiliate store, it is not possible to order or to buy any products from my website" All the products you will see on the store are affiliate products, when you click on the products you will be redirected to another store which the purchase can be made from.

I have some customizations on current theme and modules, the theme is: Ultimo Fluid Responsive Magento Theme by infortis, you must ensure not to lose any settings.
Currently there are around 41000 products, but I plan to import many more.
Import is done via Firebear import extension.
I daily Import products from many different online stores via product feeds -> XML or CSV files.
A cron job is triggered every day to run the import process with flush cache/reindex so everything automatically is updated from the different products feeds I make import from.
The import extension automatically detects and deletes products from my store catalog which no longer are in the product feeds I import data from.
The issue is, I noticed after a while with same number of products that my websites space is increasing much, same goes for the DB - therefor performance also goes down over time. Seems old data created the DB eav option table, images etc. still there from deleted products.
Task.
1. I would like some kind of automatically clean-up process to run 1 time each day so that a total clean up can be made from unused data, running via script or cron, or whatever is possible. I have checked on the web, and can see that there are multiple solutions, but I don’t know what is best.
Old data after product has been deleted from the store catalog is still stored in DB (orphaned records) and file folders, media files. DB contains as old data in tables such as from images, products and attributes, value data
2. My file usage is over 2 million files, reason is many previous tests and past imports products because site has never been properly cleaned up, total clean up needed.
3. To make performance better I would like you to remove \ disable unnecessary running Magento processes which “I don’t need for running as actual shop\store” since it’s running as an affiliate shop and none purchase can be made, buy and order not needed.
I already disabled some modules, and there are probably more. Example in the cron log I can see “sales_grid_order” is running, example of what I don’t need – that’s why I need some professional Magento specialist eyes on this, so it can be improved.
I have both a staging and live site and would like to keep the same settings on both, so that they are identical.
Possible Solution:
Recognize and delete invalid (orphan) products with attributes from the database
Recognize and delete invalid (orphan) image and media files
Recognize and delete invalid (unused) file system files
Disable unused modules and thereby reduce number of running CRON jobs
- Running via cron or script, which can run automatically, should also be possible to be triggered manually
