Magento 2 data cleaner - remove unused data automatically

Hello Freelancers,
I’m running on Magento ver. 2.3.4 with Cpanel
The Magento shop only works as affiliate online store, it is not possible to order any products from my website.
Current theme has also some customization, the theme is: Ultimo Fluid Responsive Magento Theme by infortis, don't want to lose setting, you must ensure that.
Currently I have around 41000 products but I plan to have many more, I import products from different online stores via product feeds with import extension, cron job is triggered every day to run this process, but old data never gets cleaned up, data from deleted products is still stored in DB and folders, therefor performance goes down over time.
TASK:
I would like to have some kind of automatically clean-up process running 1 time each day so that it can clean up my entire website from unused data automatically, running via scripts or cron, whatever is possible.
My file usage is over 1.4 million files which seems high
DB contains as old data such as from images, products and attributes value data
Also some folders containing old data which need clean up
If you have done work like this before, let me know.
