Magento 2.4 customisation & fixing module conflicts

We have built a B2B ecommerce store using magento 2.4 and B2B plugins from BSS commerce.
We need some customisation with regards to arrangements of address & customer attribute fields. We are using "Custom Address Attributes" & "Custom Customer Attributes" extensions from BSS commerce to add certain fields.
Also, there is one conflict of Meetanshi_IndianGST module with the BSS module which needs to be resolved.
The detailed requirement is shared in the attachment.
We need a freelancer/team who have good expertise on magento 2 customisation. As the changes should be upgrade proof.
The changes need to be first implemented on staging and on approval moved to the live site.
