Magento 2 Update to the latest Version

We have a few Magento 2 Shops which has to be updated to the latest version of Magento 2. All Shop are already on 2.2 or 2.3. The shops are completely individual developed per customer. Sometimes we had been working with themes from themeforest and sometimes we used magezon pagebuilder. We are working with several extensions and have some self developed extensions in our shop. So you need to be able to develop and adjust existings extensions.
