Magento 2.4.8 p3 Porto Theme Mobile View Issues

Using Magento 2.4.8-p3 with Porto Version 5.0 and Cloudflare.
:: on Dedicated Server using MariaDB 11.4
Site views fine on Laptops but redirects to an unknown site on iphone or android or tablets.
WORK SCOPE
1. Remove malware that is causing mobile view of site to redirect to an unknown site.
:: Let me know what tooling you use to identify and remove the malware.
2. Upgrade Porto responsive theme version 7.7.1.

3. Fix Porto Theme view on Tablet and Mobile which does not show correctly.
4. Import two customer's sales orders and address from downloaded exported sqls.
I need a clean and optimized site. Upgrade the current Porto child theme, trace whatever CSS, XML, or JS overrides are causing the breakage, so site is responsive on every screen size down to 320 px, as developed by Porto.
