Installed Amasty modules(non-exhaustive):
Special Promotions
Layered Navigation
B2B Premium

Suspected Issues:

Slow product listing and layered navigation performance
Indexing delays and admin lags
General catalogue load time degradation
Possible strain from EAV architecture and Amasty Layered Navigation interaction
