Magento Multistore configuration

I have Magento store I started in $ currency with Porto theme. I also created another subdomain and I can see it working. But the problem is about theme, it's not showing up correctly So I'm looking for an INDIVIDUAL who can fix the issue and set currency for that subdomain in another Rupees currency. I'm using fixer.io currency converter. So whatever price is in $, will be converted in Rupees. Both of these shops will have different Payment Gateways. I currently have configured them to one shop. This is quick 20-30 min Job for someone who have done it before. You will be working via remote Desktop. Let me know if you can do it.
I also have some customization needs on drop shipping extension. It used to work nicely, but now stopped because the sourcing company have changed something on their end, but they are not able to tell what's changed, so API is not working. But This will be another task. Let me know if you have expertise to do this. I'm proposing $20 for this work.
