Magento 2.3 to Magento 2.4 update

Hello all,
I have Magento2.3.x based website, i need to update this to Magento 2.4.x.
But in my website, there are some custom build function and also 3rd party extension in use.
Need some one Expert in this update, who can take care all the current functionally will keep working after the update.
I have Production website (Server) and a Staging website (Server), i will ask you to do this first on staging then after successful action, we can do this on Live/Production website.
