Magento 2 Loading Fix

My Magento 2 store, www.myflowergift.com, began loading pages in a broken state right after I moved everything to a new server. The problem is visible across the home page, product pages, and the checkout: layouts scramble, some assets never load, and the overall rendering order is clearly off.
I need an experienced Magento specialist to jump in, pinpoint the root cause, and restore normal page rendering without interrupting live sales. Full SSH and Magento CLI access will be provided, along with server logs. Feel free to use whatever stack knowledge is required—Apache / Nginx tuning, Redis or Varnish cache settings, static content deployment, or theme overrides—as long as the fix is clean and well documented.
Deliverables
• A concise report describing the root cause and the steps taken to resolve it
• Correctly loading home, product, and checkout pages verified on desktop and mobile
• A short hand-over note covering any server or Magento configuration changes so I can replicate the setup on staging
