Magento 2 Expert for Firebear/Improved Import & Export extension customization

I am looking for a Magento 2 expert who can customize the Firebear/Improved Import & Export extension for my project. The specific customization I need is mapping custom fields.

The existing "Find & Replace" feature needs to be improved with "Add Virtual Fields" feature available in easycsv.io. Like Combine / Transform Values, Static Value, If value is ____ then change to ____ (CASE), Equation (IF, SUM, MATH, ROUND, etc...)
The timeline for this project is urgent, and I need it to be completed within a week.
