Magento Agency for regular maintenance / development

We are orientating for Magento agency for maintenance and regular update work.
As we stopped working with our previous partner we’re looking for someone who can help us with the maintenance of the site.

First project will be installation of an extension just to see how this will go + analyze our current Magento error logs and advice us based on that.

Work that we can request after that
- Update / Install extensions
- Updates of versions of Magento
- Analyse and manage the fixing of bugs
- Small work / changes
- Monthly or 2 monthly check our logs and site and advice what we can improve or do. So assist in the roadmap to keep things safe and working well

So in other words help out when it is necessary.

Basic info for you
- Our Magento 2.4.2 website is on a dedicated VPS.
- We have separate development installation there.
- We have Magento multistore sites
- We have quite a big database


Requirements
- Magento certified developer
- Work safe. So backup, backup, backup before any change and always make sure our production site stays online, We do not accept errors on this.
- You are thrustworthy, calm and able to analyse problems fast.
- Work (updates, fixes) can be done really early morning CET timezone.

Payments
To start we will have a small project (1 extension installation) to see how it goes.
We can do fixed amount for this where we will keep in mind that you will have to get to know our installation and do proper backups.

After that and if we feel that it is working we can switch to hourly payments.
