Looking for a Magento developer to build LOT OF ecommerce website

Hi Guys! We're looking for a good Magento developer to enrich our team, we need to build a Sport Wear e-commerce for a good customer that sell basically Soccer/Football items. This project is considered a test case, if this project goes well, we will have a 90% chance to take others 3-4 magento e-commerce websites, It could be a good growth opportunity. The pages of the site will be the usual ... About us, Contact us, Our Story ... And clearly the Shop page with the classic Ajax filters.
About whole website Graphics, it will be provided a Mockup probably based on some Envato templates, for example this one https://themeforest.net/item/claue-clean-minimal-magento-2-theme/20155150
Clearly if you are familiar with other (always upgraded) templates its not a problem, you can tell us and we will build mockup based on your template. The important thing is that must have a good mobile layout and must be fast (not include each time for each page unused dependencies/script/resources).
The features are:
1.) The store will host about 500 products (Configurable) including variations (Size, Color, Brand) rather than selecting from the drop-down list, shoppers can choose what they like by clicking a swatch. Such configurable swatches can be used on the product and category pages and in layered navigation.
It would be much more convenient if we could avoid the data entry part by directly importing a CSV file that the customer will provide us.
2.) The admin should be able to insert Courier Shipping Tracking code into user order, and user can retrieve this information by his Account panel and email. About email order/signup/lost-password(and others) template we must also clearly prepare suitable graphics in relation to website graphics
3.) The e-commerce (GUI and products) must be in multilanguage (Italian, English) - clearly we will provide all necessary strings for the purpose.
4.) We will need to configure Shipping costs depending on the chosen courier and final goods destination.
5.) We will need to configure the payment gateways which will probably be PayPal or Stripe, enable the cash on delivery (perhaps with a surcharge) and bank transfer.
6.) A product whishlist is a must.
7.) Must be GDPR compliance, user can delete his account whenever he wants, display cookie notice... always the same stuff (:
8.) Nowadays all customers have an external management / CRM where they manage customers, orders and product stocks, an integration may be required.
We can use two approaches:
- If CRM has built-in APIs, we might see to integrate them with Magento
- If the CRM doesn't have the API, the only thing we can do is:
A. Create a csv file for each order that a user places, which will include the customer detail and the cart products
B. Given a specific CSV provided by the CRM, we can create a CronJob once every hour and align the stocks in both Italian and English according to the file
9.) The customer needs to implement a T-shirt configurator, where the only thing required is to customize the number and name on the shirt and clearly choose a suitable size. At the end of the configuration it must be visible in the cart (to possibly change the configuration) and consequently processable through the default magento checkout.
