Install Magento2 & theme on local -- 2

Hi, need to install magento2 and free theme on local PC which has Ubento and Apche installed on it all ready.
Theme is http://magedemo.solwininfotech.com/magento2/freego/theme/white . Threre is SSH access setup and will it completing ASAP
