Fix Magento 2.4.7 p3 Transactional and Newsletter Email Templates

Using Magento 2.4.7 p3 on Ubuntu 22.04 Dedicated Server.

+++ All Customized Transactional and Newsletter Emails exist in Magento admin. However corrections needed and need assigned template to send correctly. +++

For example,
a. Sales email show correct sales number and product but show a different template.
b. Order shipped template missing or not sending.

For this project to be completed:
1. All Transactional and Newsletter Emails must send correctly.
2. Header and Footer Templates corrected. All links should work in email user receives.
3. When a customer clicks unsubscribe in email from inbox,
a. log customer into dashboard
b. uncheck subscribe box
c. send customer UNSUBSCRIBE email template to confirm he/she has been unsubscribed.
