Fix Magento 2.4.8 Security Scanner Failing & Social Login redirect

My Magento 2.4.8 store using LiteSpeed for Caching and Cloudflare is showing two problems that need quick, clean resolutions:
1. Magento Adobe Security Tool Scan fails because it shows scanner ips blocks. However, the ips are whitelisted and server person states the ips are not blocked.
:: site is using cloudflare. Disabling cloudflare is NOT an option.

2. Social-login does not redirect to user's profile once successful account creation.

DELIVERABLES
• Diagnose and repair the security-scanner failure so a full scan runs unattended and logs no critical errors.
• Social login redirects to user's profile once account is created, page does not close.
• When logged in after social login is successful, "Sign in and Create Account" should not show in header or dropdown box under user's name.
