Configure Raw HTML templates for Magento 2.4.3

I purchased a Transactional and Email Template which is not correctly configured with Magento.
:: The RAW Newsletter HTML files on server.
1a. Replace all transactional emails with ones in purchased module

b. Use remaining templates not used for emails as newsletters, e.g. Event, Donate,
c. show all newsletter templates in Admin > Marketing > Newsletter Templates

2. Create frontend layered page to show Newsletters sent by Year, Month and day. [see Task_2_Newsletter_Listing.jpg]
3. Allow insertion of Year, Month and day, so I can import old newsletters from the old site for years 2005 - 2017.
4. If I create new templates after the Newsletter module install, it should be added to the template list or show me how to add it to the template list.
5. OPTIMIZE site to show 90-100 on Page Speed and A on GTMetrix
