Campus Events College Magazine

I’m putting together a fresh, student-centred magazine that shines a spotlight on every big and small campus event happening this term. The entire publication is aimed at students, so the voice, visuals and pacing all need to feel energetic, relatable and unmistakably “college life.”

Here’s what I need help with:

• Magazine structure & layout – a clean, modern template (InDesign or similar) that can be reused each issue.
• Content shaping – headlines, blurbs and short feature pieces that quickly capture the vibe of each event without sounding like a press release.
• Visual storytelling – photo selection, basic image edits and placement so every spread feels lively and engaging.
• Final ready-to-print PDF plus a web-optimised version for our student portal.

The first issue will cover welcome-week concerts, club-fair highlights, and pop-up workshops, so speed and accuracy are important. If you’ve previously produced student magazines or youth-oriented event guides, I’d love to see a sample.

Deliverables will be considered complete when the design files, print-ready PDF and online PDF are received, proofed and approved for release.
