simple app to batch encrypt PDFs

I have an older app that no longer works on M-based processors that I need a replacement for. It’s a very very basic app I had custom developed for a single purpose. I have a folder of PDF files that needs a unique password assigned to each. There is a separate data file that includes the filename and the password for each. I drop the data file on the app, and a few seconds later, each PDF becomes password-protected. Very simple.
