I need Å,Æ,Ø å,æ,ø added to a font

I am looking for a skilled designer who can add the characters Å, Æ, Ø, å, æ, ø to an existing font.for MAC, see attached, this way but also for mac. In Light, medium and bold. This project is for an existing business and there is no time limit for completion.

Skills and experience required:
