macOS Minecraft crosshair zoom macro

I speedrun Minecraft and a part of the run requires you to line up your crosshair in a very specific spot. If you are on a standard resolution like 1920x1080 then you can easily set up a zoom to view the pixel easier. Because macs are retina some have weird resolutions (also if you don’t have 2 monitors you can’t do the zoom I was talking about above). This messes up with the alignment. So there is other tools the zoom/stretch your window to make alignment easier. The problem is they don’t work on macOS. I want something to zoom/stretch my window after the press of a key that works on macOS. Maybe an apple script, maybe an application, java program. I don’t know. I will attach some photos of the zoom/stretch I want. One photo is no zoom, another is stretched a lot and the other is just very zoom in on the crosshair. Preferably would like stretched.
