macOS Image Viewer with GIF Support

I'm looking for a developer to create a macOS-compatible image viewer for me. This application should be similar to the 'floating' photo screensaver that comes with macOS, but with some added features and customizations.
Key Features:
- Support for animated GIFs
- Control for background color, with options for solid color selection and gradient options
- Ability to adjust animation speed and set loop settings for GIFs
- Exclusion of duplicate images from the display
The images will be stored in a local folder. I want the viewer to be user-friendly, smooth and visually appealing, just like the original macOS screensaver.
