iSCSI Initiator App Mac

Hello, I am looking for a developer who could develop a iSCSI Initiator app for mac. It should be possible to scan network and take a look for iSCSI server and then "login" into device and then connect to target (or different targets) and add them to mac that we can use it for access the storage. It should be also have a possibility to remember the connection after restart.
