Xcode UI Design based on existing app

I have a windows app developed in Visual Studio which I need to move to Mac. I will be using Visual Studio as all my current code is in Csharp but need the Xcode UI designed as a copy of what is in the windows up. I can proivde an example video of how the existing app works, the macos app needs to look and work the same as the existing windows app. I think as I am using Visual Studio swift UI is not supported.
