Text replacer app for Mac

I need an application for Mac that can find and replace the text in three files and then save the files to a new location.

There needs to be a config file that tells the application what to find and replace in each file.

In /Volumes/MyPassport/Dropbox/Music/Kennet Radio/KR SPL Playlists/yy-mm-dd-hh.M3U

Replace \ with /
Replace R:/!!NEWS WEATHER TRAVEL/ with /Users/nickburrett/pCloud Drive/Shared/Radio/!!NEWS WEATHER TRAVEL/
Replace R:/ADVERTS/ with /Users/nickburrett/pCloud Drive/Shared/Radio/ADVERTS/

Replace \ with /
Replace R:/ADVERTS/Audio/ with /Users/nickburrett/pCloud Drive/Shared/Radio/ADVERTS/Audio/

Save all files to /Users/nickburrett/Music/MegaSeg/Playlists/

In order to open the correct file, you will need to prompt the user for the date and hour.
The app should not be case sensitive, r:/music/ is considered the same as R:/MUSIC/
