Teamviewer Mouse issues on Mac

I have a MaC mini i need to remote into and control. I have installed and re-installed TeamViewer many times and set all the MacOS accessibility and screen recording settings multiple times. When I connect remotely from my iMac I can use the keyboard but not the mouse.... so I can't control the machine.

When I view the review the System Access panel from the help screen everything is "allowed"
During an active session all the the settings are on "allowed"

I need help debugging and fixing this problem
