Small Mac OS Program (Automator or the such) to automatically move Voice Memos on Mac to Dropbox

I need a small program, to move a Voice Memos to a specific Dropbox folder, when the appear in Voice Memo on Mac, and afterward delete the file in Voice Memos once complete. I am open for any Mac internal programs, such as automator or the such.
