Small Mac OS Program (Automator or the such) to move Voice Memos to iCloud Drive automatically

I need a small program, to move all Voice Memos to a sepcific iCloud Drive folder, when the appear, and get erased in Voice Memos. I am open for any Mac internal programs, such as automator or the such.
