Simple Cross-Platform PC/Mac Application Development

Hey there, so I've been using a screenshot application called Gyazo for like years now, over 10. What it does is when I open the app, as soon as I do, it gives me a screenshot scale that allows me to select the area I want to screenshot. It then uploads it's to their website with a link. I purchased my a domain and I'd like a Mac and PC tool for this. Now look, I've been on Freelancer for years, I can make this is under one hour, there's some things I'd rather pay someone to do then do myself. This is one of those things, so if you going to charge me for a ton of hours, this is not the thing for you. Bid the exact price you will charge.
